Do I need Pro?
Yes. Taking payments from your customers is part of Pro.
Who processes the payments?
Stripe, through your business's own Stripe account. Card details and bank details go to Stripe, never to PressUp.
What does it cost?
PressUp takes no fee from your payments. Stripe charges its own fees to your Stripe account.
Who handles refunds and disputes?
You do, in PressUp or in your Stripe account. Refunds and disputed payments come out of your Stripe account.
Do I need a website?
Yes. Payments are taken on your PressUp website.
