Questions
Before you start
What does yearly compliance mean for an LLC?
Many states ask an LLC for a regular report, a fee, or both, to keep it in good standing on the state's record. What's due, and when, depends on the state. This is general information, not legal or tax advice.
Is it required?
Your state's yearly requirements apply to your LLC either way. PressUp's yearly compliance comes with every LLC PressUp files, and you agree to it when you order. You can turn it off in your checklist at any time afterwards, and your LLC's yearly state filings are then yours to make.
What isn't included?
The state's own fees. They aren't part of PressUp's yearly price.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Turn off renewal in your checklist before it renews, and nothing more is charged: it ends on its renewal date. If you have PressUp's registered agent, it resigns then too, so name a new one with the state first.
Can I get it for a business I formed elsewhere?
Not yet. Today it comes with an LLC PressUp files for you.
